1. Scope and responsible company
This Privacy Policy applies to mobile games, applications, websites, player-support channels, and related services owned or operated by Project Orca, Inc. that link to this Policy (the “Services”). “Project Orca,” “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to Project Orca, Inc.
Where privacy laws use terms such as “controller” or “business,” Project Orca, Inc. is responsible for deciding why and how personal information under our control is handled. App stores, advertising platforms, operating-system providers, payment processors, and external websites may act independently under their own privacy notices.
This Policy does not cover third-party services we do not control, even when accessible through an advertisement, store button, link, or platform feature in a Service.
2. Current game privacy summary
Practices differ by game and version. The current Google Play Data Safety disclosures for the US listings state:
| Game | Data collected | Data shared | Security |
|---|---|---|---|
| Monster Card Collector com.monster.card.collector | Approximate location, app interactions, device or other identifiers, crash logs, and diagnostics may be collected. | Approximate location, installed-app information, and device or other identifiers may be shared. | Data is encrypted in transit. The listing states that data cannot be deleted through a developer-provided mechanism. |
| Witch Hunting com.witchhunting.witchh.unting | The current listing states that no data is collected. | The current listing states that no data is shared with third parties. | Practices remain subject to the installed version, platform, region, and future updates. |
This website is static. It does not use our own analytics or advertising cookies. It saves only your light/dark theme preference in browser local storage. We will update this notice and provide any required consent controls before adding website tracking.
3. Information that may be handled
Information you choose to provide
If you contact support, report a bug, enter a promotion, or otherwise communicate with us, we may receive your email address, chosen name, message, screenshots, game and device details, purchase receipt information, and anything else you voluntarily include. Do not send passwords, full payment-card details, government identifiers, or unnecessary sensitive information.
Gameplay and local save data
Scores, card collections, unlocked content, settings, progress, and similar game state may be stored locally on your device. Online features such as PvP, leaderboards, rankings, summons, or reward validation may use a technical player, installation, or platform identifier to connect activity without requiring a named Project Orca web account.
Device, activity, and diagnostic data
Depending on the game, version, platform, consent choices, and region, technical data may include device or advertising identifiers; app interactions; installed-app signals used for advertising or fraud prevention; device type; operating system and app version; language and time zone; IP address; approximate location inferred from network information; crash logs; diagnostics; and performance metrics.
Advertising information
Where a game contains ads, an advertising provider may process device identifiers, approximate location, app activity, ad requests, impressions, clicks, frequency information, and fraud signals to deliver, limit, measure, or protect ads, subject to platform rules and legally required consent.
Purchases
Google Play or a future app-store provider processes payments. We do not receive your full payment-card number. We may receive a product identifier, transaction token or receipt, purchase status, price tier, country/region, and related information needed to validate, restore, support, or prevent fraud involving a purchase.
4. How information may be used
- Provide, operate, maintain, and update the Services;
- Save settings, progress, collections, scores, rankings, and other requested game functionality;
- Match PvP activity, validate rewards, and maintain fair play;
- Deliver, limit, measure, or personalize ads where allowed;
- Diagnose crashes, improve performance, balance gameplay, and develop features;
- Validate purchases and respond to billing or support requests;
- Detect cheating, fraud, tampering, abuse, and security incidents;
- Comply with law, enforce our Terms, and protect players, the public, and our business; and
- Create aggregated or de-identified statistics not reasonably linked to a person.
Where a legal basis is required, we rely on performance of our agreement to provide a requested Service; legitimate interests in operating, improving, securing, and supporting our games; consent for advertising or device access where required; and compliance with legal obligations. Consent may be withdrawn through available app, platform, or device controls without affecting earlier lawful processing.
5. When information may be shared
We do not sell your support email or messages for money. Limited information may be disclosed to:
- Operational providers that support hosting, customer service, security, diagnostics, quality assurance, or technical operations;
- Advertising and measurement partners that deliver ads, measure results, attribute installs, limit frequency, or detect invalid activity;
- App stores and platforms that distribute games, process transactions, provide device services, or enforce their rules;
- Authorities and relevant parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, investigate wrongdoing, protect safety, or enforce rights;
- Transaction participants in a merger, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to appropriate safeguards; and
- Other parties at your direction or with valid consent.
Aggregated or properly de-identified information may be used and disclosed for lawful purposes. We do not attempt to re-identify it except to test protections or as permitted by law.
6. Ads, app stores, and third-party services
Games may contain third-party SDKs, advertisements, links, leaderboards, or platform features. Those companies may process information independently under their own policies. Practices vary according to age, region, device settings, consent, and game version.
You can often limit ad personalization, reset or delete an advertising identifier, review permissions, or manage privacy choices in Android or iOS settings. Choosing non-personalized advertising does not remove all ads; contextual ads may still appear.
Google Play, Android, Apple’s App Store and iOS for future releases, and payment or device providers govern store accounts, downloads, payments, backups, parental controls, and platform analytics under their own terms and notices.
7. Children’s privacy
Our games may appeal to a broad audience. We do not knowingly ask children to submit personal information directly to Project Orca through the current games. When a Service is treated as child-directed or we know a player is a child, we seek to limit processing to what is reasonably necessary for internal operations, security, contextual content, or delivery of the game unless legally required parental consent has been obtained.
We do not knowingly use a child’s personal information for behavioral advertising. Parents should use device parental controls and app-store family settings to manage downloads, purchases, online play, and advertising. A parent who believes a child sent us personal information may contact us to request review and deletion where required.
8. Retention and deletion
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, support players, keep legally required business or transaction records, prevent fraud, secure online play, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Support messages may remain while a request is active and for a reasonable period afterward. Purchase records may be retained for accounting, tax, fraud, and dispute periods. Operational logs are generally kept for limited periods unless a security incident requires longer retention.
Local game data may be removed by clearing the app’s data or uninstalling it, subject to operating-system backups. Uninstalling stops future processing by the installed game but does not automatically erase information already retained by a platform, provider, or us where continued retention is lawful.
Some technical or advertising data is held by independent providers and may not be identifiable to us from an email request. Where we cannot verify or locate information, we will explain that limitation.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a portable copy of personal information; withdraw consent; opt out of targeted advertising or certain sharing; appeal a request decision; or complain to a privacy regulator.
You may also use device permissions and advertising settings, in-game consent tools when provided, app-store controls, or uninstall the game. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify identity, authority, device, or transaction. Authorized agents may submit requests where local law permits, subject to proof of authority. We do not discriminate against players for exercising privacy rights.
10. Security and international transfers
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, alteration, misuse, or disclosure. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Project Orca is based in the United States, and providers may process information in the United States or other countries with different privacy laws. Where required, we use recognized transfer mechanisms and contractual or equivalent safeguards.
11. Regional notices and updates
EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland
You may contact your local supervisory authority. When we rely on legitimate interests, they include providing functional games, maintaining fair and secure play, improving performance, preventing fraud, and responding to players, balanced against your rights.
California and other U.S. states
Device identifiers used for cross-context behavioral advertising may be considered “shared,” “sold,” or used for “targeted advertising” under some laws even without a monetary exchange. When required, we provide an opt-out through an in-game consent control, device setting, or support request. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16 without legally required authorization.
Policy changes
We may update this Policy for changes to games, SDKs, laws, or practices. The “Updated” date shows the latest revision. Material changes will receive additional notice where required, such as an in-game, store, or prominent website notice.
12. Contact us
For a privacy request, include the game name, platform, country/region, and enough detail to understand the request. Do not send passwords or full payment-card information.
